this used to be a good place to eat but since they opened back up after the pandemic, the food has been terrible. This last time, the halibut I ordered was completely raw in the middle. I should have been given another piece but when I showed the raw fish to the server, he said "yes, it's raw. I will tell the chef". My husband's steak had so much fat & gristle he could barely eat half of it. The server totally ignored us most of the time & someone else brought the food. No spoon for my coffee. Meat was extremely salty. Bad odor in the restaurant.
Dinner was disappointing. Expectations of a steakhouse include a waitstaff that understands the importance of insuring the guests are satisfied with how the steak was prepared, or the other entrees. One in our party ordered as steak medium only to have it served rare and communication from waitstaff-so meals were swapped within our group as it was not going to be addressed.
Service was good. Feels like an Applebees. Steak was cold.
Server was great. Crystal was her name. The hostesses on the other hand were not. We had a friend from out of town join us on a reservation for 4 making it 5. The younger of the 2 refused to change anything. We were frustrated that a chair could not be added to our table. First no excuse just a no we can't do it. The wait time for food and service was awful....The food was okay, but the quality did not match the prices.
Chicken dish was dry and bread was hard. Clam chowder was good though and service was excellent
Very disappointed in our service, we waited over twenty mins. to receive ice teas, large party came in after us and was served before us. We have been dining here for yrs. and it was our 52 anniversaries and we were so disappointed!
The quality of the food was subpar. I was expecting a high-end dining experience based off of the cost per plate and our party was sorely let down. Will not be dining here again.
