Sat and waited 1hr 20min after ordering food before it made it to our table, steaks were way over cooked and cold when it finally did arrive. 4 out of the 6 steaks were over cooked. Won’t be eating here again.
The Steak and Lobster Mac were the absolute worst I have ever had. The ribeye steak was like eating rubber and the lobster in the Mac and Cheese tasted like it was dead for a month. Would never go there again because of the food, but the waitress was very nice. Although I tipped her well, I hope she finds a job elsewhere so the food will not affect her tips.
I guess let me start off by saying it took us about 35 minutes to even get our drinks another 45 minutes to even get our appetizer salad and probably another hour and 15 minutes to get our main course. The waitress was very non-attentive she walked by us at half a dozen times never asked if we needed anything. Never asked to refill our drinks. Very unprofessional semi rude. Probably won’t go back again.
We had such a great experience the time before, we were so excited to go a second time for my birthday and it wasn’t nearly the same. Seemed understaffed left without water for long period of time, appetizers came out then after about 35-40 minutes of not seeing anyone our food came out before our salads so we didn’t get them at all. They need more food choices. We all did enjoy our meals but were Looking for more pasta and fish dishes I guess. The drinks were very good, especially the ones made by our waiter, Bobby. He was an excellent waiter and has a fun personality to interact with his customers. It was a nice 48th Wedding dinner and evening. Thank you K-Bar!
Waited over 5 minutes for server after being seated. Were not told about any specials. Salads arrived well before drinks. My old fashioned was half sized no cherry and way too much agave syrup. Not offered pepper for salad. Medium rare 16oz steak was tough, wild rice medley was over cooked and gummy. Cajun shrimp pasta was under flavored but the shrimp were cooked perfectly. We were in for Thanksgiving dinner. We chose an early reservation. Our waitress was friendly, but when I told her our food was cold she didn’t even offer to heat it up. She shrugged her shoulders and said she would tell the cook. What about my food?!? I paid $50 each for our meals and that didn’t even include an ice tea or soda. Food was cold, steak was under cooked vegetables overcooked. waiting staff was wonderful.
The food was not worth the money, would not recommend. The server was rude.
