It was the meal that caused our Thanksgiving to be ruined. We were expecting to have a W OW factor and it was such a letdown. We couldn't wait to take our family out to K-bar. We knew the steaks in the past have been fantastic but the meal for Thanksgiving was no where near that. The only thing that tasted decent were the mashed potatoes and salad. Waiters kept constantly forgetting things we would ask for. Food was very over prized for a chewy steak

Food was cold, no flavor and service was terrible.
My experience was terrible last night. It was my wife and I 16 year wedding anniversary. The food was excellent, the cocktails were way to strong , it was not enjoyable to drink. Before my wife and I were done with our food, a waiter ( not our original waitress) ask if we were done with our food, when my wife was clearly still eating ( food was literally in her mouth and fork in hand) I said I was done and he took all of our plates off the table and walked away quick, we were both in shock to stop him. . Pepsi was flat and our steak was under cooked and tough.We have enjoyed K Bar for several years now but will not be going back in the near future.A $60.00 dollar steak should be cooked right and melt in your mouth.
Always way over priced. Just not worth it in Canyonville. It's a poor attempt at fine dining.
One of the worst steakhouse experiences I have ever had. This restaurant doesn't know how to cook steak properly or get the write stuff out to their customers. We had a group of 4 and two of us got the New York, one a filet and one a porterhouse. One of us didn't get the steak we ordered and another was missing mushrooms that were ordered. Ordered a medium rare Filet steak, it was tough with grizzle. I was told by the server that filets don’t have grizzle, there’s your 1st clue that it was a bad steak. He sent it back to cook more medium, still tough. He finally offered to cook another steak which I refused as I lost my appetite for bad steak. I told him I refused to pay the $40. He took it off the bill and dropped the rest of our bill on the table without an apology or thank you. Not a good experience!!!
We go to the casino a lot and used to love the Buffay and the other restaurant is pretty decent to my wife took me to dinner last night July 30 to the K bar steakhouse and I ordered a ribeye steak was very tough for 60 bucks to tell you the truth the steak I got over in the other restaurant for less than 30 was much better and I got it twice in the three days we were there.
