Great place so far. Just moved in a few weeks ago. Place is great. Comfortable and very good amenities. Staff is also very good always answering any questions I had before moving in.

Great Maintenance Team The team is always responsive and courteous. They take the time to address all issues and walk you through the fixes they are making.
Overall a decent place to live I have enjoyed my time living here and have been here for about 6 months, the apartment itself is fairly nice with good appliances. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly and the monthly events are a perk. Parking is accessible and very open. Noise is an issue sometimes, I can frequently hear my neighbors at any hour of the night (the walls are thin). The price is okay for what you get, not the best, but also not the worst. Verified Renter Management was amazing and maintenance was very responsive and quick. I feel very safe in this area and it is very central to Trader Joes, downtown shops and resteraunts and more

Verified Renter I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 20 years and love it! It has become very convenient to many stores and places here in the downtown Austin area. The management companies have been very helpful and cooperative with different issues or problems that have come up. Maintenance people have always been very good! Love living here and glad I could resign a leash another time!
Verified Renter Great staff-very helpful and friendly. Community events are very nice. Great neighborhood—close to all, Ladybird lake, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods! Building and apartments need TLC though.
