Nice Property, Even Nicer People We toured The Guthrie last Austin visit thinking we were going to move to the city. The property looked very well taken care of. The office staff was incredibly friendly and really helped us understand not just the community, but the entire neighborhood! Unfortunately, the job opportunity we were coming for fell through. If we end up making it to Austin though, we're definitely going to live at The Guthrie.

Slightly old property but spacious and very well managed Been here for over a month and overall been a great experience. Shout out to Anthony for being an amazing property manager. He is your go-to guy for anything and is very quick to resolve.

Staff is top notch I have not leased at Quincy yet, but as soon as I walked in to look at one of their apartments, everyone was super nice to me. I have not had that experience at all since I have been looking for a new place to live in the past few weeks and I thought it needed some recognition.

Definitely a hidden gem. Just walked in and the entire lobby is under construction. I was in search for a 3 bedroom apartment because my current place was flooded. Although they didn’t have anything available currently the office staff was welcoming. Kendall said she would get back to me asap if anything came up. Nice weekends visiting the daughter My wife and I stayed in the guest apartment when visiting our daughter for her birthday and our anniversary. The apartment is nicely decorated and is very roomy. It felt more like a nice hotel room than an apartment. There was a microwave and keurig coffee maker in the room (there was also coffee provided). Great place to live! This place has everything I need. Everyone that lives here is so nice, I feel I will make so many friends here. My small studio apartment is just what I need and has huge windows that look out over East Austin.
