The community is great and generally the building ... The community is great and generally the building is good. I would say that the rent price is too high for the general state of the building. Investment needs to be made in need new appliances. Sometimes things just feel old at the building which makes me want to look at other apartments.
Love them!!! I absolutely adore my apartment! The complex is clean, quiet, and we have the best leasing and maintenance staff ever! They act fast, are very informative, and they really care about their tenants! I appreciate everything you guys do!!

Amazing Place to live I just moved into the view, and I am so happy to be here! The office staff has been incredible to work with. In my apartment is beyond amazing. Best Place to call Home Beautifully maintained property. Excellent office staff. Many opportunities for residents to bond such as movie nights to food trucks and just all around feel good bonding experiences. Great location close to many amenities. You will not find a better place to call home.

Verified Renter I’ve been living here for 18 years and I still like it. It’s quiet (at least in my building) & my floor plan is comfortable. The staff (Office & Maintenance) are courteous and responsive.

Maintenance is on it! From the simple (air filter replacement) to the complex (dryer quit heating) the maintenance crew is prompt and efficient. Very neat and always leave a note to tell you what’s done or still needs doing.

Upscale Living From the moment I applied to touring and moving in, the process was efficient without any problems. The club, gym, and pool area are of elegant and high quality. The availability of a restricted access provides a high level of security. While it maybe a little pricey, it’s worth all of the accommodations it brings.
