Perfect location, views and apartment! Staff is su... Perfect location, views and apartment! Staff is super nice! This complex was suppose to be a temporary stay, but we ended up falling in love with it and just upgraded to a bigger unit.

Great except for maintenance issues such as the el... Great except for maintenance issues such as the elevator being down a lot, the parking garage doors breaking a lot, and the AC in my apartment being out of order 75% of the time. However, the staff are great! the neighborhood is wonderful!
Improving I've noticed since my last review that things are improving. that's an amazing thing and hopefully they will continue to because my renewal is coming up and I'm interested in what they will offer a loyal customer at the time in the economy when a recession is inevitable. The Leasing Agents are amazing especially Anthony as he goes above and beyond understanding that we are the customer and very helpful. The young lady that sits next to him is awesome as well. Best apartments so far! I’ve only been here about a week and if you’re interested in an apartment consider this one! The office team is so nice and are willing to help. Diana is a huge help, she puts herself in our shoes and understands what it feels like to be applying for an apartment. The manager is nice as well. It’s quiet at night, no loud music or people outside being loud. Maintenance works FAST. I had my garbage disposal not work and when I told the front office my issue, 30 mins later maintenance was knocking on my ... read more

great location, but loud train so be aware of that... great location, but loud train so be aware of that! also cozy & homey apartments that are comfortable & great to work from home for. just be ready for the train horns!
Maintenance has always been amazing The team here has always been so responsive. When you have an emergency, you can count on maintenance ver quickly. Good walkable area but be aware of the apartments by the train tracks and the trash pickup, which is at 5 a.m., because there is alot of noise pollution. Great balconies for people watching though, especially the intoxicated people leaving Gibson Street Bar- who take up alot of the street parking at night. Overall, great apartment with minimal cons.
