Awesome Place. Great and Friendly Maintenance People. Just moved here 2 weeks ago and had several minor issues with the apartment but Braden and Willie fixed it all super quickly! Really nice and friendly apartment and MUCH more worth it to live here than my previous apartment at Groves South Lamar due to noise issues from In n Out and paper thin walls.

Amazing leasing Staff! This was absolutely one of my favorite places I have toured in a long time. Kylee was the agent who toured me while I’m looking for a new home. Verified Renter This is the best apartment I've ever lived at. The location is really close to I-10. Though Medical can get back up, there's a nice clear alternate route out. The connections for Google Fiber were already set up. There are parks on property, an Amazon drop off box, and fun game areas. And the staff is legit so nice.
