Great Staff and Maintenance Team From day one, the staff at Park 17 has been responsive and friendly. I recently put in a maintenance request and the team resolved the issue in under 24 hours. I continue to be impressed with how well this team takes care of their tenants.

Amazing customer service & great Apartments The quality of the customer support before and after you move in is incredible. Me and my family are extremely happy with the dessition of moving here.
Good place to live I enjoy living here, the location, apartments and overall feel are great and have almost everything i need. the new management is good and seems to be trying their best. but some things need to be better like the overall cleanliness, the elevators, hot tub etc

Staff is THE BEST. I can go on about how gorgeous and modern my home is. When people hate an apartment it's always a problem with maintenance or office staff. They are kind, welcoming, supportive, and ALWAYS prompt. Never had an issue and am so thankful for all of the staff that is here.

Great apartments I have lived here for almost 2 years, and I don’t have any complaints. Amazing staff in office, and great maintenance staff. All work orders are done in 1-2 days, which is amazing in my mind. This community is in a good area for any medical/nursing students.
