Great Experience So Far! I moved into The Guthrie in early July and have had a great experience so far. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the property itself is kept in excellent condition. The amenities are really lovely (the courtyard/pool are much nicer than I was expecting). I moved from out of state and the Guthrie staff (Taylor in particular) made the process clear and easy, which helped immensely with the stress of a big move. I'm really enjoying living here!

great spot Great spot. Close to everything but the dog park, gym, volleyball court & pool are not as glamorous as the pictures them selves.
Verified Renter My experience at Quattro has been great overall. The leasing office is super helpful and responsive and our apartment is beautiful.

Maintenance The maintenance team this season has been kind, respectful, prompt, and immediately responds to every request regardless of how big or small!
Verified Renter The elevator is consistently covered in urine. The staff is great though. Just wish this place felt safer and not consistently broken into.

Awesome! This is my favorite apartment I have ever lived in! The layouts are great and the amenities are amazing. Everything is brand new and stylish. My husband and I also enjoy the monthly events that they host. The office team is also super friendly and helpful! We love it here!

Amazing complex I absolutely love living here. Not only are the apartments extremely nice (they were built 2021-2022) and they are extremely comfortable and luxurious, but the most important part is that the leasing office ACTUALLY CARES about you. Many leasing offices make you feel inhumane for your needs, I absolutely love Lynsee and Cat, they go out of your way to make you feel like you belong and that you matter to them. Our amenities are absolutely amazing as well! Thank you guys for everything that you do for us!

Some of the first residents to ever enjoy these apartments! We moved in at the very beginning and have loved every second living here! Such a family friendly environment that is perfect for my little family. Our first apartment and it is perfect and spacious for us! Highly Recommend!
