Awesome quality stay with affordable rent I am staying in this community more than 2 years and I find it really safe and easily accessible to all the supermarkets/theaters and other happening places. The community is now transforming to a new lifestyle as their management changed and since then every month you will see different kind of changes to the existing facilities. Pros : 1. Like famliy With indoor halls, elevators, gym, and cyberlounge I love it here. The staff is great to take care of anything needed. They have even put in a secure package room so we can get our packages on our own time. Our apartment has an amazing balcony. I love the security of having to buzz people in. The pool and zen gardener wrapped by apartments. The parking deck helps me so I do not have to climb stairs since I am not always mobile. I feel they are a great value.
New Construction, Close to Downtown I have been happy with my apartment thus far. I live in a 2bed/2bath with a roommate and the layout is perfect. The bedrooms are on either side of the apartment and the floor plan is very open. We were the first renters, so everything was brand new. The common areas are clean, but management needs to make sure everything is in working order at all times. Signature Ridge They are remodeled and most include new appliances. Many of them also include a washer and dryer. I don't like their pet policy however, $400 deposit plus $15 monthly pet rent.
apt 1015 I've lived at signature ridge apartments for 3 years now, and I've really enjoyed them all. They are probably my favorite apartment so far. They have enough parking, which is rare here in san antonio! They have a very large property with a lot of grass and trees, great for dog walks. Now the negatives. The maintenence is ok but not stellar. They do come when they say but I think their attempt at cost effectiveness shows. They will have to come back again and again before they replace anything. Very nice unit, well kept.. friendly residence.. Very secure location, very nearby the light rail, and right across the street from the arts center of the city. Very well located. Nice unit inside, well kept, very timely after hours maintenance people. Well kept, spacious unit. I'm in a one bedroom, but the space is more like a two bedroom unit. Dorado ranch apartments By far the nicest apartments I've lived in. The in-unit washer/dryer really showed me that I tend to procrastinate when the sight of mountains of laundry start growing. This was truly a wonderful experience for a newlywed couple, this served as our first home and I would honestly say these apartments are worth it.
Great Downtown Apartment! Hi! I have lived at the Gables West Avenue for two years now in a two bedroom apartment. This is an awesome place to live at since the location is right in the heart of downtown. I mean who doesn't want to be right in the mix of everything? If you are looking to be central to Whole foods, Trader Joes, 6th street and walking distance to anywhere in downtown this is the place to live.
