5 Star Apartments Been living here for 2 years and getting ready to sign for another year. The apartments are modern and have thick walls. Which are great because you don't hear the neighbors. Has a clean and kept up pool and dog park area. Staff and residents are friendly. Location is great access to Hwys 290 and 183. Just a 15 minute drive to downtown Austin. Safe place to live if you are single or raising a family.
ZRS to Sherman ZRS recently sold this property to Sherman. ZRS took great care of the property. Now the trash builds up in the chute and outside of the chute, there's a broken sprinkler head that just squirts water 15ft into the air, and the carpet in the halls need cleaning. 3 stars because the units are beautiful and the employees are very friendly.
Nomad This building's interior is definitely a luxury style apartment conplex, however the surrounding environment I personally feel, brings down the property value. There are a few surrounding buildings where tenants don't keep up their balconies - they leave things on the balcony that cause it to look messy. Great Location Staff is helpful in helping a person select the right apartment for their budget and lifestyle. Maintenance is also very prompt. Location is heart of the medical center in San Antonio. Within a two mils radius is two Starbucks ( one staying open until 1:AM) Walgreens, CVS within walking distance and a full service HEB grocery store not five minutes away. Awesome in Oaklawn The building is very new and doesn't have much wear & tear. Biggest assets of the property: 2 story gym with new equipment, lots of young attractive residents that like to use the pool, outdoor courtyard area, high ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, speedy maintenance team. Cons: pricey & thin walls (you can hear everything your neighbors are doing; yes, everything).
Signature Ridge Apartments Great apartment complex , super helpful staff, amazing maintenance crew and wonderful residence. Signature ridge offers great community activities weekly also is furnished with a weight room and two pools on site. The location is great, there is a ton of different shops and grocery stores nearby. Priced very fair. Difently a must look at if your apartment searching!
Awesome quality stay with affordable rent I am staying in this community more than 2 years and I find it really safe and easily accessible to all the supermarkets/theaters and other happening places. The community is now transforming to a new lifestyle as their management changed and since then every month you will see different kind of changes to the existing facilities. Pros : 1. Like famliy With indoor halls, elevators, gym, and cyberlounge I love it here. The staff is great to take care of anything needed. They have even put in a secure package room so we can get our packages on our own time. Our apartment has an amazing balcony. I love the security of having to buzz people in. The pool and zen gardener wrapped by apartments. The parking deck helps me so I do not have to climb stairs since I am not always mobile. I feel they are a great value.
New Construction, Close to Downtown I have been happy with my apartment thus far. I live in a 2bed/2bath with a roommate and the layout is perfect. The bedrooms are on either side of the apartment and the floor plan is very open. We were the first renters, so everything was brand new. The common areas are clean, but management needs to make sure everything is in working order at all times.
