Great Quality And Value! We took a unit that had been recently renovated with vinyl flooring, stainless appliances, and washer/dryer included. Although not in the heart of the action, it is under 10 minutes to downtown which is incredible for the price and quality of this apartment. Maintenance is great as is the management that runs the property. I have been happy here for 6 months. With the potential to save thousands over your lease term compared to similar nearby properties, it is worth a strong look in my opinion.

Handicapped but with a View I stayed here for the convenience to the public transportation and I needed a certain type of apartment before having brain surgery. The people were nice and professional. The apartment was spotless but inviting and I loved the layout. It cut some of my closet space because of the handicapped access but I could not complain. The walk to the train station was a breeze and I always felt secure there. Plus they have the Wildflower festival that you can view from your balcony.

Boulevard at Sonterra Review Apartment is in good condition and environment is nice and friendly. However, the amount of time it takes maintenance to respond is definitely not good. Leasing agents do a good job as well, but apartment manager will not respond or call back as she said she would. You have to go to apartment office whenever you need anything taken care of or done in a timely manner which is extremely frustrating; especially when you have a 9-6 job.

Decent Apartments are older but they are well kept together , Maintenance usually comes out same day or the next day. They make me feel at home , real cozy. Of course there is always room for improvement but you get what you pay for. Management could be BETTER , security of the apartments could be better as well.

So far, So good This is a nice place, the upkeep around the complex is daily. I really was drawn here for the price of the 1 bedroom complimented by the use of the space. I had looked at a few others in the area, even the one right next door that I put a deposit down on, but this place was cheaper and the use of the space in the room just flowed and it seemed much more open and bigger. Cornerstone Apartments Love the property, gated security entrance, on site doggy park, and comfortable clubhouse /cabana area , it is Amazing. Up to date renovations, spacious (like a house) reasonably priced. Moments away from 2 major freeways, and minutes away from downtown and all that the city has to offer. This is the place to live !
