So great my favorite place I've lived in Austin by far. Amazing location with so many amenities.
Signature Ridge They are remodeled and most include new appliances. Many of them also include a washer and dryer. I don't like their pet policy however, $400 deposit plus $15 monthly pet rent.
apt 1015 I've lived at signature ridge apartments for 3 years now, and I've really enjoyed them all. They are probably my favorite apartment so far. They have enough parking, which is rare here in san antonio! They have a very large property with a lot of grass and trees, great for dog walks. Now the negatives. The maintenence is ok but not stellar. They do come when they say but I think their attempt at cost effectiveness shows. They will have to come back again and again before they replace anything. Very nice unit, well kept.. friendly residence.. Very secure location, very nearby the light rail, and right across the street from the arts center of the city. Very well located. Nice unit inside, well kept, very timely after hours maintenance people. Well kept, spacious unit. I'm in a one bedroom, but the space is more like a two bedroom unit. Dorado ranch apartments By far the nicest apartments I've lived in. The in-unit washer/dryer really showed me that I tend to procrastinate when the sight of mountains of laundry start growing. This was truly a wonderful experience for a newlywed couple, this served as our first home and I would honestly say these apartments are worth it.
Great Downtown Apartment! Hi! I have lived at the Gables West Avenue for two years now in a two bedroom apartment. This is an awesome place to live at since the location is right in the heart of downtown. I mean who doesn't want to be right in the mix of everything? If you are looking to be central to Whole foods, Trader Joes, 6th street and walking distance to anywhere in downtown this is the place to live. Lots of good things We moved in at the beginning of August. The apartment size and storage is exceptional, as is the location. There were a few small snags with the apartment, but nothing that can't be fixed, and immediate issues were addressed. In regards to the bad reviews on maintenance, we have had very positive encounters with the maintenance staff. They work very hard to get things done, and all have had a great attitude. Great Location & square footage I love how convienent the property is to 1604 & 281. Both have easy access. I also love how spacious my 2 bedroom is at a great price. I shopped about 7 different properties in stone oak and the surroundig area. This one gave me the best bang for my buck and has some of the friendliest staff members. Glad I ram into this hidden gem. <3
