What kind of real estate is that corner store? They transferred my loan to another company without even asking me. That’s fine, but the first payment was made and never transferred to the new one. Customer service is the worst — every time I call, they give me different information. There’s such a big gap between departments. The entire experience was more than a nightmare. I would rather buy from another builder than deal with the team we dealt with at kangaroo.
