Dr. Kongara was absolutely wonderful all around and had great bed side manners. It was my fist colonoscopy. She put me at ease and was very informative. I felt I was in great hands. Highly recommend her!
Dr. Kongara is an exceptional provider. She is warm, thorough, thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable, and very down-to-earth. Her approach made an awkward exam very relaxing but professional. She didn’t rush but took the necessary time to fully understand the needs of her patient. I highly recommend her and this practice!!!

Dr. Kongara diagnosed me when MANY others had failed. She was systematic about her approach and arrived with a life changing diagnosis that restored my quality of life. I drive 100 miles to see her and I will not even consider going to another GI doc closer to my residence, even after my major issue has been resolved. Dr. Kongara is also extremely compassionate. I have been seeing Dr Kongara for almost 2 years now - for a serious IBS issue that affected my whole life. When I first met her - she was so helpful, asked me a ton of questions to understand what I was experiencing and worked closely with me to help my quality of life. Dr. Kongara literally changed my life! For over 20 years about 2x a year, I'd get stomach pains so bad that it I couldn't eat, couldn't exercise, struggled at work; basically incapacitated. No dr could figure it out. Kongara was determined. She told me next time it happened, get to the ER and we'll get x-rays. Turns out my appendix would expand but not burst. 20 years.
