Clay was always immediately responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. However, underwriting was a nightmare with endless last minute requests for more and more documents that should have been requested in a timely, organized manner with plenty of time to accommodate their requests. Instead, it was a last minute panic about whether or not we would get the loan. Clay helped us through this but it came down to the wire. Inexcusable way to operate underwriting.
