Even though Derek kept saying that it was a team effort to get to closing, I felt that if it had not been for Derek we would not have made it to closing. He communicated better than the coordinator and the title company. In that team effort, he was the MVP.

Our loan program that was presented to us and we agreed upon changed. It affected us financially. We were still able to close but our mortgage payment is now higher then what we were told it would be from the first program. This process was really frustrating.
