Communication with this type of situation is key. Nicholas was always able to to answer any questions or concerns that we had. If he couldn't he was able to direct us to someone who could. He was transparent and responded in a timely fashion. He even showed up to the signing for the house. He didn't have to do that. We loved that! It wasn’t bad the entire experience but we often had to inform him the status of our home when he works with the builder directly. What’s the point of working with the builders lender when they don’t communicate. Also we were told we needed to pay a credit card upon closing. Then last minute we’re told we need to pay our tax balance. It was a pain getting paperwork from the IRS.
