Steven was good with the overall experience and gave great advice. But Steven often got confused between myself and other loans he was working on such as asking about the design studio deposit even though my house was a SPEC home. As far as giving advise goes I reached out to him to ask him questions regarding the best route when I feel like it should have been the other way around such as a rate lock.
