Vivian was helpful with initial questions and did check in via phone and email at the beginning, but I didn't really hear from her after the Senior Loan Processor stepped in for the next steps. I believe Vivian was the initial contact but another loan processor was working with us as well. Some things got kicked around sometimes and I would just get a lot of out of office emails.
