In the beginning the relationship with our loan officer was great! Yesmary communicated and checked in with us on a weekly basis! Towards the end of our process which was the 11th and 12th hour (and supposed to be the most exciting time of our lives mind you) which were critical and extremely important were very stressful because of the lack of communication, poor planning and executing of documents caused an extremely stressful and unpleasant situation for us. Would have been nice for her to be a little more proactive. There was a few months where we didn’t hear from her. When we reviewed loan estimate, all numbers were inaccurate. Communication breakdown.
