The communication between all the parts involved should be better. Our date of close was moved 4 times due to different reasons and we were expecting a better explanation with a poor knowledge of what waa happening between the office and loan officer. It is not pleasant for the buyers has to wait to the last minute to receive the disclosure email and run to the bank to make the wire transfer and then run again to sign the closing papers at the Title Company office but We received a due date to send the documents every time ... read more
