Due to my busy schedule, driving around all of Mecklenburg County Monday-Friday seeing patients, Brandon and Nick always make taking my car in for service easier for me. They are always professional, knowledgeable and are honest in giving me answers regarding my car's issues if any. It might be cheaper to service my Mazda elsewhere, but I will always remain a loyal customer at Keffer Mazda because their service department is excellent.
Service writers ,particularly Nicholas are professional and thorough. Service is done in a timely manner.
Never provided proof nor result of muti point inspection. I came in for the Mazda recommended 30k service. The vigor with which they wanted to upsell to the "Keffer recommended" 30k service (for several hundred dollars more) was off putting. First and last time using this dealership for any purpose. Update: service manager responded, got me what I needed issued a very courteous apology. Five stars for him.
