When I called Mazda about the problem with my front left tire (big screw stuck in the tire), I was able to get an appointment immediately. AAA had changed the tire to my spare and I drove over to Mazda for the permanent solution. They recommended a new tire and not a patch since the screw was so big a patch would likely not work. Since they had to order a tire, they called Lyft to take me home free of charge. Then, when the problem was fixed Mazda called a Lyft to pick me up free of charge.
Keffer Mazda has always done the service work on the Mazda CX-5. Keffer is reliable and we are very confident in their abilities. We have great confidence in their provision of very reliable service to the customer.
