My technician, Iran, was amazing as usual. He had replaced my Polaris pump about 6 weeks ago something malfunctioned in the pump ( not Zars fault)…. We immediately put in a work order but it took just a bit over 4 weeks for a response. That’s a big deal during oak season…..lot of manual cleaning. Response time was and has been really slow for the several service items.
