schedule for lssp inspection, guy called me and said he was going to call me before he got here, so that i can unlock to gate and disarm the alarm…he never called. I have cameras all over my house, including the backyard, sides and have no images or recording that he ever showed up. I called them today, and was told the he came yesterday and they would speak with the manager and they would call me back today, but they never did. Inspection was never done.

Directions for notifications not followed, came out a week after initial contact, also, Polaris tail fixed but worn out sponge that was on tail not replaced, why not, was the tech out of the scrubber or in a hurry?

On Friday I noticed a significant amount water coming from the pool equipment. I called the service department to get on the list. I was told it would 1 to 5 days. To my surprise, I got a call from Jacob to see if he could come by on Saturday. I was shocked how fast Zars responded. Jacob in the past has been our tech. I was out of town when pool service was performed. Gate was left unlocked despite specific text instructions to technician. Filter backwash hose discharge erosion was left as-is. Also, no email report regarding test results, etc was provided.
