The pool tech Erin was so very kind he listen to my issues we went over all my concerns. He went above & beyond to explain why I was having the issues with my pool. I do all my own maintaince & he not only answered my questions but even should me how to fix the problem myself. I just wish I wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks or more for service at my home & I wish there was a direct line to speak directly to a tech on trouble shooting instead of waiting days for a call back. Directions for notifications not followed, came out a week after initial contact, also, Polaris tail fixed but worn out sponge that was on tail not replaced, why not, was the tech out of the scrubber or in a hurry?
On Friday I noticed a significant amount water coming from the pool equipment. I called the service department to get on the list. I was told it would 1 to 5 days. To my surprise, I got a call from Jacob to see if he could come by on Saturday. I was shocked how fast Zars responded. Jacob in the past has been our tech. He found the problem immediately (cracked housing on the polaris pump). In addition. he found an issue with our waterfall pump which he fixed also. Jacob is the best!
