I was worried you wouldn’t send someone to repair before freeze. I called you and customer care stated Systems that are down take priority and should be out in a couple of days. Zach showed up in a matter of minutes of hanging up and repair pool issues! Thanks to your customer service and for Zach’s knowledge and expertise.

Logan diagnosed the pool heater failure to work in less than a minute. Back washed the filter and the system began heating l. He also noted that he hose frothed filter was torn and stated he would order a59 foot replacement and bring it here and replace old one

Had our quarterly equipment check. The tech communicate very well. Sent me a text couple hours before he was going to be there. I asked him to check out a certain piece of equipment which she did and let me know what he adjusted on. Very happy with how they took care of everything.
