Recent experiences for service and repairs have been much better, with better communication and timeliness of completing the work. Internal communications among Zars team members/departments also seem to have improved. Appreciate the efforts to improve the customer experience.

Explained what was being done to correct the problem we had. In the past, we’ve had technicians come and go without ever announcing themselves so we appreciated Evin taking the time to let us know she’d arrived and show us what she did. My biggest disappointment has been how long it takes to get service from when we turn in a service order.
