Explained what was being done to correct the problem we had. In the past, we’ve had technicians come and go without ever announcing themselves so we appreciated Evin taking the time to let us know she’d arrived and show us what she did. My biggest disappointment has been how long it takes to get service from when we turn in a service order.

our Keith Zars Pool is 25 years old Spring of 2025. The Keith Zars's staff have kept in clean and when necessary repaired pool equipment, Over that time we have been impressed my the problem solving of the Staff. Plus we have valued how Richard, Roger and Seth have continued to educate us about the equipment and how best to set it up and use it. The KZ Team is professional, skilled, friendly and trusted, They are second to NONE and I would recommend them all the time. Jeff Farver July 2025
