Excellent, I requested pool light bulb replaced which was done but he also noticed that filter/basket on negative edge was full of leaves and he cleared it out. Appreciate it, not sure why my weekly cleaning person is not taking the time to clear it. Negative edge is working much better. Thanks.

I reviewed several issues that would improve the chlorine stabilization in my pool with JR. All our chemistry levels were good but it has been a challenge to show any total chlorine levels even with 2 each 3” tabs

Tech called ahead and arrives on time. He did a very detailed inspection and replaced or repaired items that he had observed. He had been at my house prior so was aware of the pool and how to access. Prior to the visit I had just renewed my plan and and had requested to speak with the manager to answers some questions. To date manager has not returned my call.
