My third visit first one was great.The second visit we were a party of three all ordered breakfast one was delivered fine.Mine came with no toast by the time toast showed up eggs were cold.The other gal in our party got hers after we were finished.Mothers Day we decided not to chance breakfast so we ordered two club sandwiches with fries.Both were served ice cold the fries were stuck in the microwave and returned and the rubber sticks left there.The waitress apologized and when I asked for a manager she told me to look for s... read more
Super slow kitchen and staff. Overpriced! Heard so many great things, terribly disappointed.
Wrong order. No Senior menu - too big portions, too much $$$.
The food was good but did have to ask to have my coffee refilled twice. The service was very friendly however. Do wish they had grits on the menu but overall enjoyed it.
Came in to pick up a to go order the hosts three younger individuals were very RUDE. I provided my money for the order they just sat it down on the host stand never communicated that anyone was going to get my order just left me standing there as if no one was going to assist me. The lack of communication and customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I’m a manager myself and this type of service would not be acceptable!! Never going back
Took the waitress quite a while to get to us, and it took the food a while to get out. The table directly across from us had to order their food twice and they still hadn't received it when we left. I'm not sure what's going on but they seem to not really know what they're doing. The food was okay, I've absolutely had worse food, but it's not anything special.
Food was good and the waitress took our orders and brought our coffee fast. Someone else brought our food which was fine but our waitress never stopped by to make sure everything was ok. When she finally came we asked for water which she brought but I wasn’t that impressed with the service. I guess we will give them another chance and we will see what happens. They weren’t that busy when we went.
So so food..freezing in there.. too expensive! Atmosphere was nice..except freezing temperature..
