We went once prior and we were served by a trainer and trainee...wasn't worth mentioning, hence this being the first review. I will keep it fairly short as I don't feel they deserve my time and effort any more than we did theirs. I ask the waitress if I can order a BLT, and she legitimately said she had to go ask. Excuse me for expecting that your lettuce and tomato shipment for lunch in less than one hour is already in the building. Great breakfast spot but they need to improve on service and temperature of food.. This has been the second visit I had to send food back cause the food was cold. The bathroom had no paper towels and I rarely seen my server .. I had to run someone down in restaurant to ask for my water and coffee. I won't be returning for awhile and hope when I do the service is better ..

I've written a review for this restaurant before. A few months ago. This has been one of my favorite places for breakfast for the past three years. However lately it is becoming more mundane. I feel that the menu needs to be tweaked a bit... updated. The omelets lately are not very flavorful, under seasoned. I recently had the steak omelet. I would have preferred more seasoned and sauteed onions. The omelet and breakfast potatoes were both bland. The food is always good but this particular location has consistently poor service. At other locations service is always excellent.

My husband and I came in a Monday morning and were able to get seats right away. We've been to Keke's many times before, but this was our first time at this location. Our orders were taken within 5 minutes of sitting down. However, our meals took 45 minutes to come out. We expect this on a weekend day but this was a Monday at 9:45am. OMG! The manager Lana @Kekes just kicked us out because there is a wait to be sat!!!! Will never dine @Kekes in Apopka, FL again. #rude #disgusted
