Waited 40 minutes for some of our food to come out. Half of our party ate before my food made it out. Eggs were uncooked and pancakes stone cold. Not sure what is happening with Kekes but both the S Tampa and Brandon locations are a mess. Won’t be coming back.

Was excited to finally try it out and before we could even be seated the hostess was horrendous and through a tantrum because we as a group couldn’t fit at the table she was trying to seat us at then to top it off our food was wrong and the food that was right was cold and we were not even done eating and the same hostess was trying to rush us to leave will not be returning
Risha the manager made my wife wait 30 mins until they figured out my order was under my “last name” instead of my first name. Claiming that my wife went in for a carry out order and Risha demanded that my wife claimed she was an Uber driver picking up an Uber order. She was very rude over the phone and not at all apologetic to wasting mine and my wife’s time. Will not be returning to kekes cafe due to poor management skills.
Overcooked eggs, undercooked toast. Over 20 minutes to get a coffee refill. And this was on a SLOW weekday at 1pm. My bill was 65.00 for what felt like a 30.00 meal. Riverview we’ve had awesome service. The Brandon one is horrendous.

Extremely small portions for the price. Tooooo expensive.
Hostess was not friendly and acted bothered to be at work. We were up charged for EVERYTHING! The waitress said nothing at all when we questioned her. She didn't even care. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$
