I've been to Keke's before but today they missed the mark! I went to the counter to put myself on the waitlist. The greeter fumbled with the iPad and then asked for my name and number. I asked about the wait and was told 20 - 25 minutes. I set the alarm on my phone for 20 minutes and waited with my family. Exactly 20 minutes lapsed and my party of three went to the counter. This place is a waste of money and energy. Staff is non tolerable they seem like they don't care , I had to wait an hour before I was able to sit down. We finally got to have our order taken and the potato scallops i orders were cold and hard , weren't even cooked thoroughly unbelievable disaster. They are over priced and taste horrible . Please do waste time here. I've tried numerous attempts to speak with the manager *Risha. Apparently she is never there... waste of money.

Please save your money and go else where ? Customer Service is Horrible ... I placed a order for online pick up at 12:39am at 1:45am they cancel my order stating they were too busy to complete my order ..... then why have me wait an hour to tell me this ? Not only I have two kids at home hungry expecting waffles but you wasted my time to go and get breakfast else where.

I can't say my experiences here have been consistent. But today really took the cake and so ive averaged the decent with the bad to come up with two stars. My first visit was my sister's treat so I looked at the meal completely objectively and found it decent. Not large portions but not tiny either. Terrible experience and will never be back for this average tasting food that has left us sick. Table of 3 and our food took almost an hour. Tables around us sat down, ate, & left before we ever got our food. (So much so a different customer told us "I would really mad if I was yall..." as she was leaving.) The worst part was the service. Came in with a party of four. Food took about 14 minutes, not bad. But when food came out, missing an entree and missing a side of eggs. When the eggs came out they were lukewarm, and not with the requested toppings. When the toppings came out, my eggs were now cold. The missing entree took another 5 minutes to come out. The chefs are just pushing food, they do a good timely job. I would wager this issue is starting on the service side and I'm just disappointed and dissatisfied in my servers attention to detail.

Just average diner food and service is struggling. Not enough clean glasses for a normal brunch crowd, 55 minute wait times for food after placing simple breakfast order then having to ask for silverware, and then served the wrong order. Over priced for what it is.

I ordered my food at 1145, at 120 it was finally finished being made. App said one hour tops I'd get my food, now it's looking closer to 2.5 hours. They said I house in priority and I understand that, but stop accepting orders you can't put out in a timely manner. It's unacceptable. Spent $80 on three orders and a juice. Could've got my food ANYWHERE else and not had this issue for FAR cheaper. This is ridiculous. Don't accept orders you can make in a fashionable time frame.
