Can't understand why this place is so crowded. Mediocre food. $30 lunch with plastic silverware ("we are out of silverware")????? Don't recommend.

I tried this place for the first time. The server was cheery and I let her know it was my first time there. She never told me what the additional charges would be when I asked about bacon with my stuffed french toast that cost about $11 or so breakfast, I saw the $2.50 charge for fruit but didn't expect to pay what I did. It cost me over $23. It wasn't very good either! I would give zero starsif I could for the flavor. I could've gone just about anywhere else and enjoyed it more!

The only good thing about my breakfast was the waiter Tom. The menu is to big for one thing and the food is not fresh. My eggs Benedict was like eating two hard boiled eggs with powdered hollandaise sauce. The only cream they had was like truck stop food in the little plastic containers and the potatoes where soggy and had no flavor. That's fine if you want to serve truck stop food but don't change fine dining prices for truck stop diner food. It was $42 for what should of been 20$.

I've been to Keke's before but today they missed the mark! I went to the counter to put myself on the waitlist. The greeter fumbled with the iPad and then asked for my name and number. I asked about the wait and was told 20 - 25 minutes. I set the alarm on my phone for 20 minutes and waited with my family. Exactly 20 minutes lapsed and my party of three went to the counter. This place is a waste of money and energy. Staff is non tolerable they seem like they don't care , I had to wait an hour before I was able to sit down. We finally got to have our order taken and the potato scallops i orders were cold and hard , weren't even cooked thoroughly unbelievable disaster. They are over priced and taste horrible . Please do waste time here. I've tried numerous attempts to speak with the manager *Risha. Apparently she is never there... waste of money.

Please save your money and go else where ? Customer Service is Horrible ... I placed a order for online pick up at 12:39am at 1:45am they cancel my order stating they were too busy to complete my order ..... then why have me wait an hour to tell me this ? Not only I have two kids at home hungry expecting waffles but you wasted my time to go and get breakfast else where.

I can't say my experiences here have been consistent. But today really took the cake and so ive averaged the decent with the bad to come up with two stars. My first visit was my sister's treat so I looked at the meal completely objectively and found it decent. Not large portions but not tiny either. We sat in a forward booth closer to the front door and realized on this last visit that was one reason we were able to try Keke's again. Terrible experience and will never be back for this average tasting food that has left us sick. Table of 3 and our food took almost an hour. Tables around us sat down, ate, & left before we ever got our food. (So much so a different customer told us "I would really mad if I was yall..." as she was leaving.) The worst part was the service.
