Several tables open. No servers. Several couples in line waiting. At least a thirty minute wait for starters

Came here after hurricane Milton and they were out of a lot of things, which is not a problem. My problem is all the frozen, artificial, instant things they serve. My goodness. If I want an instant breakfast I can go buy myself all the frozen items and warm them up at home. Packaged cheap bread, frozen sausages heated up, packaged jelly, everything was either frozen or prepackaged at some point. We were starving and willing to wait the 20 minutes for seating. We already knew what we wanted. Good came out, waffle and pancake was immediately lukewarm and tough. A bit annoying but we were still willing to eat past it - I was waiting on bacon, it didn't come with the rest of my meal. While waiting on my bacon, the server seemed preoccupied with other things. they were not doing it right theymessed up our order not having or cold!! the waiter did not apologize at all to us after she came!! it was terrible!!

We went there on a Sunday at 9 am. It wasn't busy. Our Waiter was great! The kitchen, however, needs help. My waffle sat too long under the heat lamp, and was soggy on one side. My companion's pancake was also soggy on the bottom. My eggs were overcooked.

I love Keke's food and NEVER have any issues when I dine into their restaurant but my biggest issue is their take out service. It seems like every time I make an online order and arrive to pick up my food, there is an issue. Today I went to pick up food (10min after the estimated time the food would be ready) and my order wasn't ready. I waited 30+ minutes to finally get my order, after 4 different associates asked me my name but couldn't provide an update on my order. Goodness...normally the Keke's I've gone to have been normal to outstanding. Today was a bit out of the norm. They were packed like usual so we had about a 15 minute wait. We were seated quickly and the server took our drink orders and brought them back quickly. Took a turn for the worse when it took our food order around 30 minutes to come out. There was no syrup, no jam, or any other sides for the dishes that came out. We had to ask different people a couple of times to get things and even walked to an empty table ... read more

The service is horrible. This was my third time there. I live the breakfast food but don't expect much from your server after you order. Every time my tea gets empty and only refilled when I have to ask someone else that is not my server for a refill. Today I got a refill after getting my food when he came back to check on our order. They forgot my husband's bacon and put chocolate in my stuffed French toast when I asked for it to be taken off. Our server, Sydney, was awful. So rude and unhelpful. I had to ask her to refill my water 3 times. I would understand if it was busy, but it just wasn't busy and she was clearly neglecting me. You would have to pay me to eat here again. Sydney actually ruined coming here for me.
