Waited for 30 min and watched 10 tables cleared and the hostess didn't sit any of us that were waiting. We had to wait an additional 10 min b4 our server came to our table. We had our menu options ready only to be told they were out of pancakes, French toast and about 2 other main menu items that we had chosen. If we would have known this when we checked in - we would have gone elsewhere. We weren't given any silverware and then when we asked - we were given plastic. Ordered sunny side up and they came that way except burnt on the bottom. Coffee is $4 for a regular coffee.

Service was slow, but friendly. Food was cold, and second waffle was so tough it tore when trying to cut it. $40 for a breakfast that McDonald's could beat. Manager made no effort to come by our table. We did ask for her and found her to be very confrontational. She actually had a smirk as I started to tell her the issue. The service is poor! the receptionist was rude on phone before we even got there. The food is below average. Not worth the trouble.
Probably the worst breakfast cafe I have ever tried. Bit of a wait but we were right in the Sunday post church breakfast rush hour, so that was expected. They gave us plastic utensils informing us that they were out of silverware. The waitress got us seated, took our coffee order, and then appeared to promptly forget we existed. after what felt like a half an hour we finally got our coffee and ordered our food. The food is good most of the time but the to go service is ALWAYS a problem. Sometimes they don't answer phone calls, sometimes the server disappears with your money while you're waiting to checkout, sometimes they don't give you what you order. Hit or miss but after 3 misses I will find somewhere else to spend my money when in a rush.
Can't understand why this place is so crowded. Mediocre food. $30 lunch with plastic silverware ("we are out of silverware")????? Don't recommend.
I tried this place for the first time. The server was cheery and I let her know it was my first time there. She never told me what the additional charges would be when I asked about bacon with my stuffed french toast that cost about $11 or so breakfast, I saw the $2.50 charge for fruit but didn't expect to pay what I did. It cost me over $23. It wasn't very good either! I would give zero starsif I could for the flavor. I could've gone just about anywhere else and enjoyed it more!
The only good thing about my breakfast was the waiter Tom. The menu is to big for one thing and the food is not fresh. My eggs Benedict was like eating two hard boiled eggs with powdered hollandaise sauce. The only cream they had was like truck stop food in the little plastic containers and the potatoes where soggy and had no flavor. That's fine if you want to serve truck stop food but don't change fine dining prices for truck stop diner food. It was $42 for what should of been 20$.
