I was shocked at how bad the service was. The server was extremely rude. He asked to us to pronounce the food in a different language so he can just correct and make fun of our pronunciation. The stuff was watching us eat the whole entire time not giving us any privacy. Yet, this is not the worst. Our server was watching us pay and checking whether we left the tip or not. We did not because the service was so bad which, was fallowed up by question "why you didn't leave the tip." The worst experience I've ever had.

I had gone to other locations that were great, but this was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. When we walked in, and sat down after the wait of about 10 minutes, we noticed people weren't really talking that much and complaining that their food was cold. Having been to many locations throughout the central Florida area, this is by far the WORST experience we've had in years. It took almost 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. The server spilled the majority of the half cup he brought which also had strips of tar like sludge at the bottom of the cup. If you're willing to gamble a 2 hour breakfast experience, it may be worth your wait. Wanted a good sit down breakfast with the family (4 total) but ended up with 1.5 hours of wasted time. Wait was 20 minutes which was more than reasonable for us to wait to be seated. We waited outside and picked what we wanted from the menu. We were looking forward to eating several items on the menu. Not worth waiting 45 minutes for mediocre tasteless food with very slow service. I ordered an omelet, wheat toast and tomatoes. The omelet had no flavor until I added salsa, the bread was cold and very hard, and the tomatoes tasted like they had been sliced and sitting on a plate since yesterday. The restaurant was very cold and to top it off there was mold in the jelly.
If I would I would leave 0 stars! Bad service and mediocre food which I didn't even get to eat since they screwed up my order. By the time they brought out the food my husband was done. It was an omelette how difficult is it to mess up. Unacceptable, especially since they made no effort to make this experience better. As a new comer to St Augustine and it being my first time going to this so called restaurant I def do not recommend. I shall never return to this place.
The food took 45 min and I asked for eggs with no cheese but the got it for me anyway the. The food was blant and not fresh, the servers were nice but my brother had waffles but they were hard and he didn't want another one but the manager gave it to us anyway. not very good don't recommend
One of the worst breakfasts we have ever had. We waited 1 hour for our food. When the food arrived it was ice cold. The toast was not toasted. Potatoes were ice cold. The yolk in my husband eggs Benedict was basically hard boiled. While apologetic and didn't charge us, we waited over 1 hour and left without enjoying a meal because the food was inedible.
Very inconsistent quality. Today the home fries were completely inedible, ruining the meal. Had to take them home and recook them myself. Considering how decently pricey the menu is, it's not worth the chance of having to fix your own food. Maybe its because its Sunday and they were busy, I don't know. I just expected better.
