I am not a person to complain. I was trying this place out for the first time with my mother and I was extremely disappointed. Waited over 30 min for our food! Waitress passed us multiple times and looked the other way and we had to ask about where our food was by flagging her down. No asking if we needed more water or napkins. When we asked for our food, we magically received our food within two minutes. It's a joke to say that I paid fairly for the order I asked for. I ordered a blueberry waffle combo. Normally, I would give this establishment a full 5 stars as I have never had a bad experience until today. The server my family and I had today ruined that for us. The food is good, the hostess and her supervisor were friendly from the start, but they failed with their server. My server passed by us 3 times before properly attending to us causing the other table across the isle way that was seated a few minutes after us to be tended to by their server, delivered their food before us, and leave before us. Don't waste your time! Service at this restaurant is horrible! after near non existent service from our waitress and sitting with a cup of Luke warm coffee for the near entirety of my meal. We were told at the end that the credit card machines were down. 20 minutes after allowing the waitress and the manager to try to get there machines up we notified them that we had to leave and would bring back cash. I found this place quite by accident about a month ago. I had the buttermilk pancakes and thought they were delicious: Probably the best I've ever had. We live about 30 miles away so it's a special trip but I raved so much to my family that they couldn't wait to try it out. My son and I went up to St Augustine yesterday just for Keke's and had the worst service experience you could imagine. The breakfast here is pretty good. The thing I didn't enjoy was the hot chocolate. It needed two bags I asked for another and I'd pay for it but they said they couldn't do that .

Bad experience. The waitress Angelique was in a hurry all the time and don't even wait for us to finish our plates to start taking them away.

This place was terrible. They managed to make pancakes raw and chewy horrible cleaning of the booths and it made my family throw up the burger had so much grease it was disgusting. Overall bad place I'm convinced that the rest of these are fake review. This was written in 2021

Absolutely horrible. Service was dreadful. We were first to have our names placed on the wait list then a party that came in ten minutes after us was seated before us! The staff insisted they didn't have the tables and were "busy" but there were 4 booths that were open and 3 more opened up while we waited. The management of the staff is embarrassing. Too many employees standing around talking and not working.

May be not the place to ask for a burger. First, your only choice is well done, period. Second the bun was cold, cold as in just out of the refrigerator cold, not room temperature cold. Better off going to a Wendy's! I see they are a breakfast place, but really if you are going to put it on the menu, try a little!
