So, I love the food here it's great... my family and I drive over every Sunday for late breakfast. I however am rating this one star review because today Janet told the wait staff to not seat anyone even though they have many open tables !! Why ? Why would that be done ? Their are people standing out the door sitting for 45 minutes and you are making people wait an extra 5 minutes just because ??? This is the owner who is ordering the wait staff to do this. Owner or manager, whatever title she (dark haired woman) is, has to learn better customer service skills. She has absolutely none. She has a bit of attitude if customer's food comes out wrong and the attitude isn't with staff (or maybe it is too), I felt like she took it out on me! She expected me to pay for her staff's error until I said something then she huffed and puffed and removed a couple bucks (not enough I'd say but...) If you hate yourself or only enjoy salt and pepper as seasoning this is the place for you. The other yelp reviews are so misleading, I was beyond disappointed when we came here. First of all I will say the food presentation was the only good thing. And I'm sure all the pancakes/Frenchtoast/waffles on the menu are good because in all honesty how can you f*** that up? The hostesses and most of the servers at Keke's Breakfast Cafe are delightful, but they can only give the service they are allowed to give. They're boss, the owner of the Cafe, Janet, is blatantly rude and condescending to her employees in front of her guests. The food was really good like we've always experienced at Keke's, but never before have we seen the service so slow and inattentive. We were seated right away, drink and food order taken and then we were forgotten. Apologies came along with a promise of drinks....and then forgotten again. Rather than go on and on, I'll simply say it got worse instead of better. This wasn't our normal experience here....but it was so bad that it will be a while before we'll take a chance on them again.

I just went in to treat myself for a nice breakfast. Keke s had just been open a few weeks. I had a little time on my hands so decide to walk in. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, nice lighting and a very friendly and attentive wait staff. I ordered eggs, bacon,multi grain toast and grits. They don't offer grits, ok, how about hash browns? "No you can't sit by the window. No you can't have the potatoes excluded from your egg scrambled". However excellent restrooms and spacious comfortable seating in a fresh new setting. And my husband enjoyed his cheese omelet.

First time trying this place. Not a bad wait (5 min). for Sunday morning, around 11. Was greeted quickly by waitress and got coffee and water fast. I could smell the bacon and maple syrup when I walked in. I'm not normally a sweets for breakfast but the cinnamon apple waffle was speaking to me. Ordered that with a side of extra crispy bacon. Keke's has great food and the servers are always kind. We've been going weekly since opening. Sadly we won't be going back. We invited our parents because we've been really loving Kekes but unfortunately everyone's food came out cold and one plate at a time. Waffles and pancakes came out separate from everything and kids food completely forgotten.
