Breakfast did not include the bacon sausage or ham, so we added it, it becomes pricey. The potatoes were raw and greasy By the time they asked if everything was ok, I was done with the rest of the breakfast, The English muffin was not toasted enough. The coffee was not that good. There was one out of order stall bathroom in the lady's bathroom, and The whole bathroom stinks. We had a disappointing experience.

I have been to several KeKe's and this one left much to be desired. Food was somewhat tasty but came out cold. For instance, the waffle wasn't even hot enough to melt butter. Mentioned this to our waitress Gail and she was very unresponsive.

We asked the staff if they could turn the fan off and the manager wasn't to receptive. The food was too cold and home fries were greasy. Not a chance we will be going back.

Looks nice and clean. Food is ordinary, but the pancakes in specific were so bland. I didn't even get an apology about it but just "That's how we've been told to make them". And then was avoided after that. Lovely. Go literally anywhere else, Wafflehouse, Georgie's Diner, anywhere. Most mediocre experience I've had.

Manager and waitress Anna need a personality check. We requested plastic utensils and were told we couldn't have them because it was for to-go orders. After looking at our silverware, we noticed they were ALL dirty in between the forks so my husband went to the front and got plastic utensils. We asked for the manager and he told us they only allow plastic utensils for to-go orders due to supply issues. Unbelievable!! What is the difference...if we had ordered to-go, you would have had to give us the plastic utensils anyways!... read more

The first thing you notice upon entering are signs taped to the hostess stand apologizing for pandemic staff and product shortages. The next thing we noticed was how dirty the staffs shirts were. It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like! And this location still has no continents on the table. Packs of salt and pepper are smashed in with the silverware. We are a group of 5 first cousins who meet once a week for breakfast. We vary the restaurants around town and this week decided to eat at Keke's. Two of us ordered an egg & cheese sandwich. I noticed my sandwich was dry and had no mayonnaise on it. I asked the waitress to bring some. She brought a container that holds approximately an ounce and both of us who ordered the sandwich used that mayonnaise as the sandwich was rather dry without it. Waited over an hour while being told it would only be a 15 min wait each time my party checked in. While trying to remove my party from the waiting list the receptionist walked away and didn't return within 5 mins.

I ordered eggs over medium with dry rye toast. The eggs arrived with the yolks broken and the toast was buttered. Service was mediocre. Will never go back.
