They have their own garage for parking and everything about the building conveys modernity, clean and trendy. Sizewise, it's like an iHop - a much bigger space than I expected. Finally got to try on a Sunday morning. The service was great and we loved our food. Pancakes were yummy! Our waiter was so nice to our son giving him cute little gifts to keep him occupied. Can't wait to go back!

Saturday for breakfast - 20 minute wait at 10 o'clock. Great booth. Clean. Super friendly staff. Best breakfast I've had in forever. Florida pancake covered in fresh fruit. Nutella French toast cut into super cute sandwich sized bites. Western omelette- perfect, and the side of potatoes finely sliced. Everything was great.

This is a great little spot to meet up with family or friends the wait time thankfully wasn't too long on a Sunday afternoon. We waited around 30 minutes. The food was pretty good. There's a huge selection and it didn't really blow me away, but it wasn't bad either like everything was flavorful could be a bit better, especially the tuna sandwich felt a little dry. The French toast with Nutella was delicious and overall it was a good meal.

Loved the French toast!! The eggs Benedict was good too. I substituted bacon for avocado. Our waiter was very nice, he suggested ginger latte which was simply autumn in a cup. Ambiance is decent too. Service was quick.

Hard to find parking in the area, had to park in the residential area. Upon entering on a weekday morning, it seemed to be very busy. It took a few minutes to be greeted and seated as no one was at the front. Our server Mary was very kind and helpful with a question we had about the menu. Ordered the peach mimosa but it tasted mostly of syrup and was too sweet. The chicken tenders of the chicken and waffles were crispy but a little too salty. The waffle was pretty chewy. Its good how ever when its busy the waitresses take awhile to get to you but food is good if im going to wait id rather go to somewhere i know its a new spot but it's worth a try

Fantastic service, on point eggs benedict with seasoned home fries. Western omelet was decent and sourdough toast rounded up a filling breakfast that's moderately priced for the area.

If you don't find parking in the neighborhood, there is a parking garage to the left of the restaurant. Huge place, lots of light, quick to seat us on a Tuesday afternoon. We got hot chocolate margarita, Nutella stuffed French toast and chicken and waffles. Everything was pretty average. Except the hot chocolate was so watered down. After 2 sips I left it alone. It's a great location but idk if we will come back.
