This was our 1st time here and we won't be back. My husband ordered an omelette and when the meal came the mushrooms and bacon in the omelette was diced so small you could hardly see the product. The sausage links were not even cooked all the way around and cold. They were sent back to the kitchen. I ordered the French toast and home fries. Both arrived cold and had to be returned to the kitchen. My butter would not even melt on my French toast. Then when we rec'd our sausage and home fries back it was like they just heate... read more
The food is good and the wait staff acceptable. However the greet staff leaves a lot to be desired....especially the older woman. She does not listen when you request a preference in seating...and goes so far as to accuse the customer. My review would be better if this person were to improve.
Just a few mushrooms on the mushroom sandwich the manager was slow in responding and it took forever to get our food
Ordered Western Omelette, omelette was good, potatoes we greasy and undercooked. Requested salsa, a couple of minutes later a different person showed up with tobasco sauce. Requested salsa again, was told I might be able to get a side of salsa for an additional charge. Really? Charging for a condiment? 10 minutes later a third person showed up inquiring if I had requested salsa, by then I was halfway done with the omelette and declined. Not impressed, won't be returning.
We've been to Keke's in Orlando and that location was great....on the contrary, this location didn't meet our expectations. Service was quite slow and the food was lacking. My husband ordered chocolate chip pancakes and there was literally like 6 chocolate chips inside (he was livid). What a joke! We probably won't be going back to Keke's because there's other breakfast restaurants closer to home.
wow the prices are so high 4 little pancakes 5.00 eggs florentine came cold, hollandaise sauce on the side was cold. service was very slow our server was nice but we wont be back for sure
Stoped in this morning to try this new restaurant. When I inquired about gluten free options they were almost rude in their response, it was simply no we don't have any gluten free options, really in this day and time you have no glutfree options at all. Sadly even though I am not gluten free myself I won't return
Took over an hour to get our order! Think they hatched the chickens to lay the eggs. Never again!
This was a most uninspiring restaurant that my husband and I tried yesterday. The quality and presentation of the food was inferior. The hamburger tasted and looked like dog meat with minuscule pieces of onion on it. Kettle chips were served with it which was simply a bag of chips dumped on a plate. We thought they'd be fresh made kettle chips. The omelette was tasteless as well. No one came by to ask us how our meals were and no one was at the front door to say goodbye.
