Sixth or seventh time here and the last two have been a disappointment. Both times the food, though flavorful, was barely warmer than room temperature, the toast was soggy and the service was lacking (reflected in the minimal tip when we always overtip for good service), the coffee was good but we weren't offered refills in a timely manner. For a $36 breakfast for two this is not acceptable.
First, prices are ridiculous for breakfast food even though portions are large, but almost everything is a la cart. Second, food was cold & flavorless even the syrup for the pancakes & french toast had no flavor. This was a three strikes & you're out, so not a one time experience. Would not recommend. Minus 1 star.
Warning do not order over the website and prepay, we did and then they called us and said they were out of half our order we said cancel our order and told us we had to call a third company to cancel and gave us a incorrect phone number causing us to call our bank.
Our lunch was burnt. Burger(not sure it's beef or turkey or veggie patty)came on toast bread not on on bun. Forgot to give me my Soda. First time & definitely last time. Wasted $33.00. Very disappointed had a good & valued expectation.
Not terrible, but don't expect to be blown away. Summary: Keke's Breakfast Cafe is fine if you need something to eat that's a step up from the McDonald's breakfast menu, but don't expect to be blown away. The quality of the food is average at best and the staff aren't the most attentive. Prices are about what you'd expect, but don't expect free refills on some drinks, such as orange juice, and watch out for what will cost you some extra Do Re Mi to substitute! This was the most hilariously bad service I've ever had! My girlfriend and I were laughing the whole time because of it. The server brought us our food and poured it on us in such a way that seemed intentional; then in the most deadpan voice says "ope, did you want another?". Honestly pretty funny, but everyone seemed dead inside. Anyways, not coming back again.
mr. keke was very pleasnt .... HOWEVER .....,,,,,, did not have vegan options. made me quite sad. had to eat fruit. FRUIT! FOR BREAKFAST! disgusring. watch ur back mr. keke.
I hear a lot of good things about this place and it wasn't at all what I thought it would be. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and it's was literally 7 chocolate chips in my pancakes (I counted) the potatoes weren't cooked soft enough it was a real let down
The worst service ever. Ordered a Belgian Waffle never got syrup. Asked three times for syrup never got it. Asked to have the waffle removed from my check cause I didn't eat it and the server said "no problem". Glad it was not a problem!!! Bacon was lame. Never again will I go to Keke's.
