1st time here though I had seen the franchise before and wondered if it was like FirstWatch. In my opinion it was a very good meal. From the hostess to the back of house, everything was great. We were a group of 7 and some had breakfast and some had all day lunch. The menu was huge with a very large variety of options. They welcomed substitutions and add ons very nicely. Service is typically bad at most places(server just doesn't seem to try or care much) but my visit with our server(sorry I can't remember her name!) was amazing. Had brunch and she was super helpful, just an overall great server and the food was amazing
I was really looking forward to eating here based on the reviews. Unfortunately, based on our experience, they were overrated. Our food came out cold and the home fries and cheese (pepper jack on scrambled eggs) tasted "off". Granted, the manager came over just as I was about to call it quits, and asked how things were. He offered to cook it again, and while I appreciate the effort (and could see his disappointment in not making my experience great) I didn't want to send it back. I simply don't like sending it back. Kekes at south tampa:: great breakfast, pancakes the size of your head.. very clean and our waiter was fantastic.. friendly and accommodating! We will be back!
Never had a bad experience here in the handful of times I've come. Food is excellent (I order breakfast only), service is quick and friendly. As a nice touch, I usually get a manager double checking to see everything is good (I'm a pregnant lady in sweatpants, so I don't look important in anyway)- they seem to really work hard.
I ordered the three meat omelette which was pretty filling and tasty. Customer service was great. However I was not impressed by the stuffed blueberry French toast.
Good food. Good service. Had French toast (banana Carmel) and eggs with bacon. Good coffee too.
The food was amazingly delicious! I am a breakfast person and I will probably eat here any chance I get. Another bonus was they are not pricey at all. I found everything to be reasonably priced.
