Enjoyed a cheese steak omelet for the second time and once again it was great. Enough to eat some there and take some to go. Potatoes were great also

I was so excited when I heard that they were opening up a Keke's in South Tampa. Two important things to note before going: They don't serve grits or hash browns. We went at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and only had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, however when we left there was a much longer wait. Let me start by saying that when you dine at the restaurant, the food and service are usually pretty good. My complaint is specifically with takeout orders, which don't seem to receive the same level of attention. Almost every time I order online, there seems to be an issue--either the order isn't correct or it takes much longer than the estimated pickup time. This place was horrible. I called ahead and asked if they had champagne and they said yes. We get there and find out they only have enough for 1 person. We had 4 people, they should have checked before they told me they did over the phone. Anyway we order other drinks and they were not very good. The floors were so sticky throughout the entire place. I usually like to come here. Today I was really hungry. I walk in, and the hostess seats the party ahead of me. She comes back, and as she does, a larger party comes in and she has the audacity to ask me if she could seat them first. Of course I declined. I'm hungry too. Why did she think it was ok to bypass me to serve others who look like her. I would think it would be easier to seat one than 5. IJS.

I don't know how anybody can mess up a breakfast but Keke's can. Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. My iced tea was not cold at all. I like my cold drinks, ice cold, and I like my hot drinks piping hot. The service was lacking significantly.

Very rude host. I've ordered from here 3 times and 3 times I've received the wrong order. Mistakes happen but three consecutive mistakes is terrible. I will not return and do not recommend.

Your better off going to first watch or Fred's. Don't waste your money here. Service is ok, ambiance is basic cafeteria style. Food is meh.
