This morning my wife and I arrived for breakfast at 8:55. Our orders were placed at 9am and it took the staff 35 minutes to bring out our food... apparently the kitchen lost our ticket so the server had to resubmit the order. The server was extremely nice and apologetic but never had the manager come over to explain the situation. We were so late getting our food that we missed church altogether. After reading the reviews I felt pretty good about trying this place out. Let me tell you, it was a huge disappointment. Not only that it was a strange experience. First let me say we went for lunch, not breakfast. So maybe they are known for breakfast only..... We got there around 1. And at the time it was only me and my twin 14 year olds. Liked the food but umm nah. Not so great waitresses and shit area of town. Too much lighting in a open window facility . Atmosphere is kinda trash. Good for this general location tho, but that's not saying much considering the low quality of food in largo-ugly Clearwater district. Like the food was nice and the wait time was decent but I'm not going back again lol

They don't know how to poach eggs in their Hollandaise sauce is awful, I didn't eat eggs benedict and they only offered a dollar discount.....

We love the food here, but the service is soooo slow. We normally wait about 30-45 min, but today we literally had to wait over an hour and a half to get our food. And it was cold because it sat in the back. Unacceptable. This is the last time we will eat here.

Went to KeKe's today for brunch first thing they wanted to do was give us a booth right infront of the bathrooms! Disgusting. There should never be booths or tables infront of bathrooms. We saw plenty of open tables and booths. Finally got seated at a huge table/ booth. Ordered our food and then she brought drinks then we waited 25 minutes for our food, waitress didn't come over to us in those 25 minutes. The food is decent. The prices ok. But the seating policy is a little strange! If you have a party of four, and three are there, they will not seat you! Now the fourth was within two minutes of arrival. Yet 3 out of 4 puts you almost back to the back of the line. I do not understand how a 4th person arriving within 3 minutes of 3 being seated would throw off ANY aspect of a reasonable restaurant rotation?? If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Came here for lunch, walked in & it smelt absolutely disgusting! Ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and my boyfriend ordered a breakfast wrap, my buffalo chicken wrap was so dry & the chicken pieces were brown and crusted, looked like it had been microwaved, they might not have a microwave as the rude manager came to later "let me know" but it definitely hasn't been cooked to order as she also instructed me.
