So, I'm not one to complain, but I was at brunch with a friend and had the worst service I've ever experienced and I'm mad. So we were seated and a couple minutes later someone who's first day it was came to get our drinks. We then sat there for almost 20 minutes waiting for a server to come over to take our order. I overlooked being sat right outside of the bathroom. I overlooked waiting for quite some time for a server to come take my order. I overlooked it taking quite sometime to get my order. But I couldn't overlook my scrambled eggs being runny and slimy. I told the hostess who brought over the server, I told the server who brought over the manager, I told the manager who took my breakfast and said he'd get another right out to me. We have our favorite breakfast stop, but thought we would give it a try on a Sunday morning. We arrived about 8:30, place was clean enough, seated quick. We both had coffee, which was brought out immediately. Our food arrived about 15 minutes later by someone other than our server. My omelette came with whole wheat toast, which didn't come out but was told it was coming up. Bad service sat there for ten minutes no one asked for drinks watched other tables get their drinks that came in after us. Guess because we're a party of two we aren't worthy . Staff seemed like they didn't wanna be there.

I used to love going to Keke's cafe in Tampa but it was far for me. I was happy to find out about this location however it's Terrible!!!! The pst few times the service would take forever just because we would request a table! Today it was a bad experience since we got there. The hosted asked the server if she can pick up a table and her look said it all not happy. so I take my grandfather here and my family I've said probably about 50-60 people over I own a nutrition business and I help people get healthy I start telling the workers and get them healthy and get them energized and all pumped up and then I'm told I can't do it anymore and I can't talk about my business while I eat!!!! this is America and I have every right in the world to talk about when I want and what I want and whoever I want too. My grilled chicken Caesar salad, more croutons than chicken, should have been a crouton salad. The romaine lettuce was dry, dry,dry. I normally love this place but this was a disappointment.

Ok So I visit Keke's quit often , This past Sunday I was in Clearwater on a business trip, I found Keke's about 30 mins away. (which wasn't a problem cause the food never disappoints me), We'll this time was Different . THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE THE SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE. I'm so upset because that's not what I'm use to . THE MANAGER GAVE A FAKE APOLOGY AND WALKED AWAY
