I am a big fan of Keke's and was excited when I saw they were opening in Parkland. I've given this location several opportunities and they continue to disappoint. The service is horrible almost every time. They keep the place colder than a meat locker and this location is just not up to par with the Keke's name. Today was the last time, I'll drive further to the Boca location the next time I want to go to Keke's.

Service is terrible , long wait for food ( over 30 minutes), then brought the wrong food,finally brought the correct food and everything was cold. Many tables around us had same experience! Haven't had a worse experience in many years Will not be back!

The place was nice walking in, We sat down ordered our food. There was a booger on the wall where we sat and I really wanted to ask to move because that's disgusting, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and it wasn't that good I didn't finish it, my friend didn't finish her food either her egg whites were slimy as hell like they had some sort of slime in them they were not good. Service was whatever Wasn't good wasn't bad. Definitely would not go back though.

Food is delicious here. The service not so much. First time I came here the waitress looked irritated because I ordered water then wanted to upsell me on my breakfast because she wanted a better tip. That'll just reduce your tip even lower. Not my problem they don't pay you enough. Second time they sat me at the bar where there is no salt and pepper. A huge disappointment! Line at the door waiting to get seated, but many empty booths. We waited over an hour for our food - and we weren't the only ones. Can't really comment on the food. After waiting that long, it's hard to be satisfied.

We did takeout. We had to drive to the restaurant to place our order and when we sat down at home to eat we discovered many things were wrong.

my wife and I had the worst experience here. never return. service was terrible, food took forever and the quality of the food was really bad. one and done!
